First off, I really like how clean and neat this picture is. The line art and the color blends are nice and smooth. And it's also a simple picture - the message right there and in your face.

I love his expression, smug and confident. Like he knows it's true and he fully believes it. Especially since he spray painted it, he wants everyone to know that.

So the coloring and line art are excellent but the only things that could be worked on are just some angle views and some more shading, even though, like I said, you're coloring's very impressive.
He's smoking a cigarette, yes? So it should be long and come out of his mouth more, and since I'm assuming he's smoking, it should have a red/orange color at the end where it's lit.
With the shading, it looks like the sun is setting and it's maybe a bit to the side of him. In my opinion, I think that the wall should be shaded a bit more since the light is getting dimmer.
Along with the wall, I think the graffiti should have a little bit of shading because it just looks like it was placed onto the picture. But if it's too much or a hassle, it does like fine the way it is now.

Overall, I think this is a great picture with excellent coloring and line art, along with the idea it's promoting. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile) - "/>
